FAQs

To begin we would need to know the theme of your presentation. Text, charts, and graphics you would like us to use. A short telephone conversation to review the details would be needed.

The time frame to complete a short presentations (10 to 20 slides), depending on the complexity, is approximately 1 week. Of course, the time frames increase the more complex the presentation. If you are up against a deadline we will always try to meet your time requirements. A 10% deposit is required for us to begin.

We will place your presentation on our secure server. You can review your presentation (we email you a user ID and password) and let us know of any changes you need us to make. After these changes (if any) are made your presentation is finalized.

Upon payment your presentation will be electronically transferred to you (up to 100 megabytes), burned to a CD and mailed to the address you provide. If you want us to provide a “power show” file, please let us know and we would be glad to include this file on your CD.

We keep our customer files for 1 year and you may order duplicate CD copies for $20.00 plus postage during this time.
